Follow up: Pai's Temper Tantrum, death tally

Hello everyone! Given that the Pai event thread is basically over with, I think it would be a good idea to get a tally of casualties! Since the post itself is massive, there are still threads ongoing, and quite a few that were either handwaved or dropped with consequences unknown, for the sake of bookkeeping/IC distribution of information, having a list posted on the comms seems useful.

If you had a character/characters involved in the event, please comment here noting:

- Character's name (obligatory),
- If they died, and if so,
- day they died on,
- how they died, including who killed them, and
- who would have seen the death occur/would know the death happened after the fact.

If your character killed others and you want to specify who (to make sure everyone is on the same track, given implied healing or other such business), feel free to add that as well! Same goes if you want to clarify the visibility of the murder, or if your character would have told others after witnessing/being revived.
