There will never be a day where I'm not nervous about ooc intros, but here we go. Hey! I'm totally new to this game, and totally excited/nervous to be here. My name's Rose and I'll be bringing you this ray of sunshine, Dave Lalonde. He's a Homestuck AU, obviously, where the beta kids were swapped with their siblings with who raised them/few ectobiology traits, and of course some bloodswapped trolls on the side. He's 14, one year into the meteor trip, and comes from an old game called Lost Realm.

He can be a bit of an asshole and a creeper, but for the most part he's a nice guy once you get to know him. And thanks to his last game, he has a pet raptor named Mapleclaw and nifty little abilities to sense souls and a bit of soul resonating thanks to being under Dr. Stein's care for a while when he was there. He's gonna miss his teacher, but he'll get over it.

I'm playing Bertie Wooster, an upper class English twit who went through his own SBURB session as part of the game Jarjammed. He's got some of his giant bee consorts here with him, so I hope Dave doesn't mind friendly and earnest insects.

Hello Rose, I'm Fritz. As you're a homestuck, I'll take the time to explain: This guy right here is the Initiate or "Izzy" as he's going by here. He's a little experiment of mine in which I attempted a redemption arc of the Grand Highblood on the count that I took him young enough that he hadn't hit a point of no return, but was still decently fucked up. After 2 nearing 3 years of that in the Hunger Games and then here he's become an okay guy. Obviously there's a lot more to it but that's a lot of details so I will just assure that it's better than it sounds.

He also ended up in a red relationship with a different Terezi (not the one here) so that may occasionally come up. I know Terezi around Makaras and Makaras themselves are a big red panic button in fandom so let me know if any bit of this isn't doing it for you and I can easly side-step my way around.

Anywho, welcome to game! We got a cool planning thing here for this little future farm community for things happening in spring. (A market!!) I've made sure to put a little name on the spreadsheet itself for Dave here.

I'm just pleasantly surprised I found homestucks somewhere at all. I've gotten too used to playing the lone canon warrior shit with them recently in another game.

That actually all sounds pretty awesome, and amusingly enough, Dave's got no issues with juggatrolls cause his resident crazy from the meteor was Sollux, only a year into it, so not too far off the deep end yet and one Dave actually didn't mind spending time around. And makara/tz shit is fine with me, no need to bother with side steps or anything.

I play Peter Vincent from the 2011 remake of Fright Night, via the game Ryslig. He's a wendigo now, and spends a lot of his time skulking around and wishing there weren't consequences for bulletin board shitposting because seriously guys, that was his one source of entertainment. He's strictly nocturnal, but I do my best to put him out there.

And unfamiliar with the canon exactly, but D-Lal himself tends to be more active at night rather than during the day due to insomniac habits, so there'll be plenty of chances for them to run into each other. Including with Dave's intro post, which can seriously take place anywhere from afternoon to like 3 in the morning. What is this normal sleep schedule people talk of

To be fair I'm canon-blind to Homestuck. Fright Night's just a fun little B vampire movie; Peter was a human stage illusionist until I threw him into a body horror game.

I checked the map and it turns out these two will be living literally across the street from one another, so there's plenty of excuse for them to run into each other.

Heya! I'm Nick, player of the resident old asshole Captor the Psiioniic (well, technically Helmsman, because of canon points and all of that), who's from the same game as Disciple and the Initiate/GHB. Except he's never really met a Strider or Lalonde, so the only thing he'll really have to judge Dave on is the fact that humans being Weird is a universal constant.

Totally cool! And Psii's actually one of the few trolls Dave hasn't ran into in his past game, so it should definitely be interesting. Especially since he did get along with his own sollux from his timeline, but, you know, juggalo sol and all that so a yellow blood will be a fun change.

Honestly, I don't think Psii would even be surprised to hear there's a universe out there where he/his ancestor is a juggalo. He's moirails with one already, which is just as strange as not being a yellow blood in some other universe. 8')

Honestly, after meeting John Lalonde and Rose Harley, nothing surprises Dave anymore. He's gotten kind of sick of the whole 'wrong Dave' shit, but that's less of an issue with trolls so he just rolls with strangeness now. All it is is a new chance to write notes in his journals regarding the differences brought about by blood castes.

The only entry with "no change" is amporas. Forever entitled pissy bitches, regardless of caste.

I did! It was only for a short while though. I had Byakuran from KHR and Jade Curtiss from Tales of the Abyss there very briefly back in the day.

Hey dude. I'm bii and I play Lin here, who used to be one Makoto Kino/Sailor Jupiter, only she got kidnapped by faeries and got turned into a ogre over the course of a couple years thanks to weird faerie bullshit magic. But thanks to more bullshit magic most people can't actually see that she's an ogre, just super tall. Lin is her Changeling name, btw. They have a habit of renaming themselves.

She's met Homestucks before, both in this game and her previous one (Changed), but Dave is the first Homestuck kid she'll have met, even if he's an AU. (Her girlfriend Waspfire is actually a fantroll.)

Even with his last game, Dave's a bit of a recluse so his social skills are a bit lacking. He tries though, and generally keeps his creepy shit to himself unless he finds reason to show it off.

Her creepy shit tolerance has luckily been upped thanks to her Changeling experiences and dating a troll :3
