Looks like it's that time again folks! CR Meme time! Wanna plot, plan, meddle deviously and cackle madly at your character's life? This is definitely the place for that.

Character Name: Dustin Silver (OC) via Transmigration 9
About them: Dustin is a little man with a lot of brains and a lot of grump. His interests include fixing things, building unnecessarily complicated machines, and staring disapprovingly at people he's not fond of. This more or less covers everyone.
Plans for the future: Dustin is grumping pretty hardcore after the town meeting and the dissolution of "his militia," so most of my current plans revolve around, or are spawning from the attempted resolution to whatever kind of odd midlife crisis he's having right now. He has two new baby goats, and because of that he's bartering and selling off fresh dairy for anyone that wants it (notice went up at the end of March), and a lot of time previously spent patrolling will instead be spent planting and maintaining crops of alfalfa and wheat. He might also replace his prosthetic arm with something photonic, to avoid a repeat of the power-outage incident (and because his alternate self looked down on him for it).
OTHERWISE bitty event is happening soon! Dustin is going to be a six-year-old child in body and mind for the entirety and will be quietly investigating everything mechanical and electrical (regardless of prior ownership). I believe he'll be doing some shenanigans with his giant flying motorcycle? Other than that I'm open to whatever!
What kind of CR do you desire: Dustin tends to attract negative CR, but I'm open to whatever happens!
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Sure! Just let me know ahead of time, we'll plan something.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Dustin's currently in...some kind of relationship with Dakki, but isn't exactly committed. Whatever develops naturally is fine with me!
What are you explicitly NOT looking for: Nothing I can think of, and if I do think of something I'll let you know!
Other Info We Should Know: EST, peak tagging times in the mornings/early afternoon. Tagging rate has been much better than it has been over the winter and I hope this trend continues!

In Kiseki Ian was testing Parasagun's abilities and wound up with a folder of research - he could easily start doing that around open areas of the Meadous now, too, especially since he'll want to see if Parasagun's new parasaurolophus bros have changed his abilities any. If Dustin would be able to stumble across them testing something, Ian would be more willing to talk about it if he's 'caught in the act', so to speak.

In any case, yes! Open research is definitely something he would be interested in. We could plan for some meeting of that sort!

Parasagun won't be in any need of repairs or anything, but if he happens to get sticky/messy/dirty he'll need someone to clean him. If they're on half-decent terms and Ian thinks it'd be a good way to help Dustin warm up to them (that is to say, if Dustin's already shown an interest in examining Parasagun more closely), he'd casually lie and suggest that he's no good at cleaning all of Parasagun's joints in the hopes that Dustin might take the opportunity to learn more about the way he works. (Ian's all about very quietly giving people what they want, without really letting on that that's what he's doing.)
If you want to backdate the open research, I could definitely put them into Dustin's recent open post? Or would you rather wait until after the bitty-event?

Also keep in mind that Darkroach will probably try to play with the tricycle after all this is over, so anything that is done to it now could have fun and exciting comedic ramifications later on! 8D

Character Name: Karkat Vantas via The Games.
About them: Karkat's a grumpy, abrasive troll who tends to make a noisy stink about whatever is annoying him, to the point that Karkat Tantrum Bingo was a joke about him in canon (and an actual IC game in The Games). Underneath that, though, he actually cares a lot. He's claimed multiple best friends across the course of cannon, even concurrently, and is often one to dispense romantic advice when his friends are in need. Not bad advice either, though he's crap at romantic pursuits, himself. Speaking of which, he loves romance in general. Get him talking about quadrants and he won't shut up.
He spent three months in The Games before coming here, where he went through a couple arenas of the Hunger Games, a great big death match for the entertaining benefit of the Capitol. He's got a few traumas picked up from that, plus some ugly neck scars and a few sparkly tattoos on his neck (blame his stylist) that he won't be able to hide so well now that it's spring.
Plans for the future: Nothing particular to be honest. I don't know what I'm going to do for the upcoming bitty event either, but if I do age him down he'd probably be pretty freaked out.
What kind of CR do you desire: Positive, negative, whatever! I am generally not picky. So long as it's entertaining I'm up for it, and I definitely believe negative CR can be just as fun as rewarding as positive stuff. I will say Karkat has a really good propensity for making friends, though, even if he doesn't do it on purpose.
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Yep, just plot it out with me beforehand.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Sure, if things have the right development for it.
What are you explicitly NOT looking for: CR done only for shipping, I suppose? Though I don't expect anyone to go for that.
Other Info We Should Know: Central time zone but my sleep schedule is unpredictable. Tag speed is variable: sometimes I'm pretty slow, others I'm more on the ball, though I've been better lately than the molasses I was going at before.

Character Name: Natalie Waters (via Mayfield)
About them: Natalie is a New World of Darkness-style vampire... or was, until wishing pond shenanigans got her turned human. After a year as a human she made a wish to sometimes be one and sometimes not be one... it's complicated. She's pessimistic and prone to panic, and still getting used to socializing with reasonable people rather than the kinds of monsters that inhabit a vampire court.
Plans for the future: Hajime proposed to Natalie, so they'll be getting married! ...at some point. When it seems appropriate. An announcement will come when they think it's a good time, too. She'll also be announcing her part-time vampireness to the Meadous shortly, to cut off any panic or protest before it starts. When the bitty event hits, I'll be de-aging her to a kid, so there will be a frizzy-haired little bookworm running around and being bratty.
What kind of CR do you desire: All sorts of CR is welcome! Natalie has a nice mix of friends and enemies here, and I'm eager to have her get to know just about everyone.
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Absolutely! Just talk to me first.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Natalie is engaged to Hajime now, so... so she's good. Yeah.

Character Name: Dakki Sigal (
About them: Dakki Sigal is a purple space robot. She is very cheerful, friendly, and optimistic, though very naive and inexperienced in many things. She was a Guardian back in her home universe, which essentially boils down to "semi-elite mercenary that often gets hired to kill the heck out of things". She doesn't need to sleep more than once a week, so she can often be found wandering around in the middle of the night. Her immediate goals are to befriend as many people as possible, and then get the heck out of this place and go help save the multiverse. (Dustin Silver has given her weird ideas.)
Plans for the future: With spring here, she is finally going to get herself some plants and/or animals so she can contribute to the overall food supply a little better. I also want to have her start maintaining a barter/services list on the bulletin board monthly. When the bitty event hits, she'll be remaining an adult, so if your character will be a kid that needs caring for, she's there to do that!
What kind of CR do you desire: Dakki would love to have friends that she can go out and be physical with. Not just sparring, but like, morning jogs and character-building exercise and stuff. She's also intent on making friends with as many people as possible. Even if she doesn't always succeed, she will at least try.
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Sure! Just talk to me first.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Dakki's got a slightly ill-advised friends-with-benefits thing going on with Dustin Silver right now, but I am not opposed to adding other people into the mix to make things even more confusing for her.

Character Name: Jackson Isaka / Peacock Undead (
About them: Jackson Isaka is a stockbroker from New Jersey who was on the cusp of some sort of perfectly normal mid-life crisis when weird crap started happening to him. He's the reincarnation of a creature known as the Peacock Undead, an immortal bird-like monster who did a lot of bad stuff that Jack is only vaguely aware of. He's affable, a bit vain, secretly sort of nerdy, and desperately hoping that no one finds out about his horrible monster side.
Plans for the future: Jack has had enough interactions with others to help him make up his mind, and he is going to wish for some canon memories back. They'll be the memories of all the awful stuff he did in modern-day Japan, so... he's going to need some time to process it. And probably spend a while angsting and coping in a generally overdramatic fashion. He'll also be de-aging into a kid come the bitty event, resulting in a quiet little boy that will not stop playing pretend that he's on a Galaxy Quest-style away mission investigating this weird new place.
What kind of CR do you desire: CR with other psychics would be really awesome. CR with people that will try and call him out as hiding something would be pretty cool, too? Once word finally gets out that he's a monster, I'm down with both positive and negative CR springing from that.
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Definitely! As always, check with me first.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Jack is single and both really wants a girlfriend and has no business having one because he's a bit of a nitwit when it comes to properly managing a relationship. That said, I am totally down with shipping, if it winds up happening!

About them: Immortal monster turned Kamen Rider turned ordinariy human who is still a Kamen Rider. Still working out dealing with these things you humans call emotions and human-ing in general. Has a giant bug minion named Darkroach and a large fuzzy dog-sized caterpillar that remains nameless but will answer to anything as long as it's the right tone. Is very hard-headed when it comes to his monster-ish "I AM THE STRONGEST AAAA" mindset and is rather competitive.
Plans for the future: He and Natalie are getting married at some point eventually, and also at some point eventually they're going to have to announce that somehow. I also want him to go out and do his photography thing a little more here and there, and he might put something up on the bulletin board offering his services for trade. For the bitty event, he's going to be a very rambunctious six-year-old with a noted lack of caution and a six-foot-tall bugmonster at his beck and call. I'm also going to try to get him a kiddie-sized bicycle or tricycle for the event so he can do
poorly advisedawesome bicycle stunts.What kind of CR do you desire: Sparring partners, people he can get ridiculously competitive with, people who know what it is to have once been or still be a monster. People he can get quietly excited over photography with without the situation spilling out into some stupid competition would be great, too.

Character Name: Zhǐ Rén aka Luke fon Fabre via Changed.
About them: Luke is a World of Darkness/Changeling the Lost-inspired Changeling and is a human-turned wrap journal and per the rules of Changed, has a dual form, which is that of an odd-looking human and said journal. He has some odd quirks, like being terrified to be too close to fire or water and declaring books his friends, and has something of a disregard for Other People's Property. Other than that, he's mostly just kind of a brat. Feel free to sic Zoe or Lin on him if you want him to behave.
Plans for the future: He's going to make a wish to get some memories back sometime in the near future. Other than that, I don't have anything set in stone.
What kind of CR do you desire: More positive CR...he generates negative CR just by existing usually, but he's slowly starting to get better at not being a complete social reject.
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Ask before inflicting mortal wounds, but otherwise feel free. He's slightly more durable than a normal person, unless fire or water is involved.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Maybe, if you explain them to me and Luke.
What are you explicitly NOT looking for: Death? Besides that, nothing really.
Other Info We Should Know: My timezone is MST. I recently got a new job, so I'll probably be most active in the late afternoon and early evening and not active at all late at night or in the mornings most days. About them: Kakashi is still new and doesn't really know people much (mainly because I have been sucky at making CR with him). He is a ninja from the magical world of Naruto and he is much younger than canon-current version. He is a little grumpy but learning not to be, likes helping people and reading, and is settling into the peaceful life here.
Plans for the future: Other than making him a bitty and eventually saving enough points for a ninja dog, nothing.

About them: He's from the same canon and RP game as
and meddling. He's going to be a little lonely at first since he left his boyfriend and adopted daughter back in Kiseki, but he can be easily distracted by nice and friendly people. He's a samurai from 400 years ago, so he's very polite and a bit old-fashioned, but he's always eager to learn new things. He is nervous around adult women, but he will try his best! He also has a little robot pteranodon with him.Plans for the future: He's brand new to the game! I'm writing his intro post now. I would like him to get settled and make some new friends, as well as reunite with Ian of course. :)
What kind of CR do you desire: I saw there's an event coming up with optional kid-transformations, so I wanted to post here and offer Ucchii for CR/plotting. He loves kids and is very nurturing (he won't stand for bad attitudes though!), so I think this could be a good opportunity to build some CR. I don't plan to age him down for this event since he only just arrived, but if you have a character who is getting aged down and would like someone to look after them, I'd love to plot! (Non-event-related plotting is also great)
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Not right now
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: No, he's spoken for
What are you explicitly NOT looking for: At the moment I'd like to keep his interactions low on conflict while he's getting his feet.
Other Info We Should Know: Timezone is GMT+9, but I am usually tagging from 9 or 10pm EST on through the night since I work at a desk job. I tend to go out on weekends so tags might be scarce from me then. My tagging speed is average! I don't like writing especially gory things and would like to stay away from violence/conflict for Ucchii at the moment. I try to be open and accommodating to other players, but I have had some issues in the past with people misinterpreting my tone/intent, so please contact me if you'd like me to explain or clarify anything.

About them: Lili Zanotto is a 16 year old psychic with a snarky streak a mile wide and distaste for socializing unless its on her own terms.
Lili generally likes doing her own thing. She can be found conversing psychicly with plants in the Meadous or practicing her abilities in some capacity. She'll likely also be tearing through the library reading every book possible. She's kind of bratty, but genuinely curious and excited about learning. She's a huge nerd in all senses of the word. She's excited about comics, the human mind and dogs. Her more defensive behavior falls away when comics are talked about.
Lili herself grew up in the facility (from 10 to 16 now) and was bounced into Scorched at 13-14ish, she's pretty much world weary when it comes to interdimensional shenanigans. Any weirdness is fine with her. (Her canon after all has a giant mutated lungfish and her brain was nearly stolen for a brain powered death tank by an evil dentist.)
Plans for the future: (if any! you don't have to go into detail) I don't have anything set in stone. I mostly am going to throw Lili around to see what sticks! I do plan on having her sign up for the Guardians/militia given a chance. She wants to do good for the Meadous.

About them: A recovered Disney villain and scientist specializing in the study of magic. Also he had limited to no capacity to experience emotion for about ten years of his life and as such is kind of bad at dealing with feelings, especially his own.
Plans for the future: Mostly Ienzo's going to be starting on rounding up ideas for a unified Meadous calendar, since there are enough people around from places that use completely different methods of measuring time that a compromise is probably called for in the long term. I plan on having him get a call for ideas up on the bulletin board pretty soon, after he runs the idea by Zephyr.
What kind of CR do you desire: Ienzo's kind of been hovering around his comfort zone with the people he already knows for too long, so any and all new CR would be welcome!
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Yeah if you run it by me first
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Nah he's kind of happily engaged to Bertie Wooster and moirails with Ammond Raidie, and he's not really capable of polyamory or kismessitude. Probably you shouldn't trust him with auspisticizing anything either.
What are you explicitly NOT looking for: Lasting trauma or external disruptions to his current positive relationships mostly. I could be swayed on the latter you'd ave to be really persuasive.
Other Info We Should Know: I operate on Pacific time but my sleep schedule is kind of erratic and recently I've been really busy so my tags have been coming in slow. I should be picking up but if I'm holding up anything important by taking too long to respond feel more than free to jab me until I pick up the pace.

About them: A member of a pantheistic theocratic police force and a former child soldier. By profession Murai's a priest of all gods; personally, she's a follower of Ganesh. She's recovered significantly from where she was in canon, but she's still working with a pretty severe case of PTSD, and some of her triggers are things like "a certain kind of divine aura." Polite and diplomatic beyond all reason, likes to be helpful, tries to anticipate her own limits but sometimes overestimates her ability to deal with divine/metaphysical hazards. She means well.
Plans for the future: Murai's mostly going to be around being helpful; I don't have much of anything specific planned for her, but she'll be enjoying the spring weather and possibly gently meddling where meddling seems appropriate. I'm not planning on deaging her for the event, so if anyone needs a babysitter, she's available.
What kind of CR do you desire: Any/all! Murai doesn't have a lot of close friends right now, and it'd be nice to build some new friendships or rekindle older ones. On the other hand, it takes a lot of effort to get on her bad side because she's like 80% self control by mass and prides herself on being patient with people, but if your character can manage it, I'm totally open to negative CR.
Would you consider having your character get hurt: I'd prefer not to maim or kill her, but I'm totally open to having her get hurt if that's where a thread goes. She does kind of have a habit of attempting to defuse conflicts by bodily putting herself in the middle of them.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: Nope. She's totally disinterested, and has no problem with rebuffing others' advances with as much force as necessary.
What are you explicitly NOT looking for: See above on maiming/killing or romantic and/or sexual relationships; otherwise I'm pretty open to discussion.
Character Name: Psymagus Waspfire, aka Ammond Raidie, Homestuck OC, via Jarjammed
About them: Yellowblooded psionic Alternian troll, just started using her adult title a few months ago and significantly less mature than she'd like you to believe. She's impetuous, brash, and a bit of a know it all, but cheerful and basically friendly. Somehow she manages to juggle her desire to stay connected to her Alternian roots, her deep distaste for the Alternian Empire and its treatment of people of her caste and abilities, and her obsessive interest in the kind of invasive biotechnology the empire uses to harness psionics as living spaceship engines.
Plans for the future: Mostly just being around and being obnoxious. For the bitty event, she'll be aged down to about 3 sweeps/7 years old, so basically she'll be running around being shorter and more impulsive than usual, plus with less fine control over her psionics. At some point after the event - probably mid/late April - one of the hives of honey bees she keeps on the hill over her house is going to swarm, because it turns out that being raised by a giant wasp isn't actually the same thing as having a working knowledge of apiculture. So there'll be opportunities to help her locate half her bees when they fly off into the forest, or to stand around and laugh at her, or whatever.
What kind of CR do you desire: Any and all! Waspfire tends to assume she's friends with anyone she manages to carry out a conversation with and not have it devolve into shouting or threats of violence, and even then, it's not too hard to win her back over. On the other hand, she can be pretty offputting, so there's every chance that your character won't want to win her back over. She's also prone to taking sides if someone's in conflict with one of her close friends or quadrants.
Would you consider having your character get hurt: Ok let's be real: she has a punchable face. If your character wants to take a swing at the girl who can hit back with her mind, go for it.
Would you be interested in quadrants/pairings: I'd be open to something in either of the blackrom quadrants, although she's a little Commitment Issues about caliginous relationships right now. The red quadrants are off the table in terms of new relationships; she's moirails with Ienzo and matesprits with Lin.
What are you explicitly NOT looking for: I'd like to avoid killing or maiming her. Otherwise, talk to me; I can't promise I'll go for everything but I'm willing to at least discuss things.
Other Info We Should Know: I'm in PST, although my sleeping schedule isn't great and I may be on at odd hours. My tagging speed is pretty variable, and sometimes I'm easily distracted; if I'm holding something up, I'm really sorry and it's always ok to bring it to my attention.
