Update: The Great Slothnapping Part 2
Hey Team,
We're running a little slowly for Slothnapping thanks to schedules, but this is technically supposed to be the last day, so I thought I'd give another update.
Ienzo has solved the book cipher clue.
It can likely be hand-waved at this point that characters could have gotten the answer from him or someone else who overheard him! Benjamin would also coax anyone through who wanted to try solving it on their own.
A group has gone off to follow the clue and has discovered a mound with a large red 'X' on it.
Once somebody replies, they'll be able to start digging up the additional scuba gear - the 'air' specified in one of the first clues. With Ienzo's notice about the flippers, that completes what they need! Currently the group consists of:
- Zoe, who is made of metal and cannot swim;
- Mika, who is deathly afraid of lakes;
- Justin, who may have some difficulty swimming with his fur; and
- Theo, who may actually be able to go down.
To wrap the plot up, I need to know if anyone would go diving to look for our Mailsloth. I can start a separate thread for that to get it underway while we backtag other things. If no one would take the plunge, she'll come up on her own, a little disgruntled, but satisfied enough for the efforts taken and the fact that she's been named.
