Hey everyone! My name's Kelly, and I'm bringing in the Tenth Doctor from Doctor Who! He's a really old yet way too energetic alien from the planet Gallifrey, coming from the game Carvaka, as if this game doesn't have enough of those already! I blame certain people for just being too darn good with their characters. I've spent more time than is healthy stalking various threads from this game, so I just decided to join the fun.

I'm also going to drop a link to his permissions post here because the Doctor has telepathic abilities, and if you'd rather not have your character experience those, that is a-okay with me.
