Yharnam sort of treats every illness and ailment with a substance called paleblood (ie the blood of a Great One (also, incidentally, the thing that's turning everyone into wolfmonsters, unbeknownst to the public)) so she'll be a little... surprised to see a doctor that used medicine again. Surprised, but not off-put.

She definitely won't let him dissect her alive, though.
