State of the Mod's AC

Playing NPC's are time consuming esp when we want them to have stories/personalities of their own that has to do with the plot of the game. And we as Mods do tend to neglect our own characters in favor of the plot important ones. The question we are asking you as the player base is on months when there is REQUIRED a lot of NPC interaction, should Mods be given a pass on their AC's? We can understand why people would vote no due to the fact we willingly chose and accepted this responsibility of NPC playing- which is also why we made the poll fully anonymous so no one would have to worry about us getting upset at anyone. Please vote here. Comments are open for discussion/questions. (ie: Lower requirements for Mods during said months, ect...)

ETA Ok, its not letting me edit the poll. But if you have any other ideas just post them and let people +1 them anonymously! So if you have another idea, you can just ignore the poll and we will read and look over the comments.

A possible suggestion: If you fall short of AC requirements due to focusing on NPC threads, you could use the NPC points to supplement your missing character AC points, but at a lesser rate (like NPC points only counting for half as much?).

For instance, you have 50 points at the end of the month, but you need 10 more points to make AC. So you can use 20 points from NPC threads that you've done to make up those missing 10 points. That way the emphasis is still put on playing with your own character to make AC, but you have a way to gauge how much activity as NPCs can make up for not being active with your player character.

The NPC points wouldn't count towards wishing points accumulation or anything, so you wouldn't have to keep track of them. It would just be "do I need a bit extra to meet AC this month? Here's the remaining points from the NPCing I did this month". Since AC is only done once a month FOR that month, you wouldn't have to worry about accidentally reusing any threads.

I think Michi's plan is a sensible one.

I think this is a good balance between "free pass" and "NPC activity doesn't count for anything," yeah.

Gonna add a +1 to this because this is actually a really good idea, I like where Michi is going with it.
