For the characters who get the memory implants, will stuff like the personal history and personality of the implanted person be largely mod-assigned, or will we be able to come up with that on our own?

SORRY FOR THE EDITS I'm trying to phrase this in a way that makes sense but also isn't super fiddly - basically, I'm wondering if the crime details you'll be assigning will be more along the lines of "this criminal set fire to a house and one person died" and we can come up with the rest as wanted/needed, or if most of the details will be pre-assigned à la "Stephen Johnson, a middle-aged man who had a rough childhood, set fire to his former doctor's house because he wanted revenge against him for botching his plastic surgery".
