Gabriel agrees that the age shouldn't be too high. He'd argue somewhere around 14-ish, but hell if he knows. They shouldn't have to be full adults before they head back (especially if they decide they want to infiltrate those factories). He just wants them to have a couple years of 'aging experience' before they head back, personally.
